Ideal Complex Care Ltd. are specialists in complex care and providing complex clinical care at home for children and adults. We provide the highest standard of care at home to individual clients with complex care needs and also support them through respite. Established in 2016, Ideal Complex Care is part of the Clece Care Services Ltd. group of home care companies across the U.K. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to our individual clients. To achieve this we recruit and train Nurses and Carers who share our passion for being the best at what we do. Our field teams are supported with ongoing specialist training, tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.

We also greatly value the wellbeing and peace of mind of our client’s parents or guardians, with a staff member always available to support any queries and concerns that may arise.

Ideal Complex Care is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has been awarded a rating of ‘Good’ in all areas of business. It is also a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and maintains up-to-date compliance with British and European regulation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Working closely alongside our field staff is our dedicated in-house team. Whilst our branch nurses carefully monitor the clinical needs and safety of our clients, our coordinators manage the training and rotas of the staff necessary to provide the client’s care, thus ensuring each client receives a high level of attention and a package of care tailored to their specific requirements.
